π Refund Policy for Services
Because our services are custom and involve significant time, planning, and resources, we do not offer full refunds once a project has started. However, we value your satisfaction and offer the following options:
β Before Work Begins:
If you request a cancellation before we begin any design or development work, a full refund may be issued.
β During the Project:
If work has already started and you wish to cancel:

A partial refund may be considered based on the percentage of work completed.

Any non-refundable upfront costs (such as domain purchases, plugins, third-party tools) will be deducted.
β After Project Completion:
No refunds will be issued once the final deliverables are approved and delivered. However, we are happy to make reasonable post-delivery edits or bug fixes as agreed.
π Digital Products (e.g., templates, downloadable content)
All sales of digital products are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted once the product is downloaded or delivered unless there is a technical issue that cannot be resolved.
π Revision Policy
All service packages include a specific number of revisions. If you’re not satisfied within those limits, we will do our best to address your concerns. Additional revisions may be billed separately.
