If you request a cancellation before we begin any design or development work, a full refund may be issued.

If work has already started and you wish to cancel:

  • A partial refund may be considered based on the percentage of work completed.

  • Any non-refundable upfront costs (such as domain purchases, plugins, third-party tools) will be deducted.

βœ… After Project Completion:

No refunds will be issued once the final deliverables are approved and delivered. However, we are happy to make reasonable post-delivery edits or bug fixes as agreed.

All sales of digital products are final. No refunds or returns will be accepted once the product is downloaded or delivered unless there is a technical issue that cannot be resolved.
