4. Payments & Billing

A non-refundable deposit (usually 50%) is required to begin work.

Final payment is due upon project completion and before the release of final files or website launch.

Late payments may incur additional charges or project suspension.
5. Revisions & Changes

Each package includes a specified number of revision rounds.

Additional revisions or scope changes beyond the initial agreement may be billed separately.

Any major changes requested after project approval may require a new quote.
6. Client Responsibilities
Clients must:

Review and approve work promptly during development stages

Secure legal rights to use any third-party content they supply
7. Intellectual Property

Upon full payment, the client owns the final design and website assets delivered.

Web Treasure retains the right to showcase work in portfolios, social media, and promotional materials unless agreed otherwise.
8. Limitation of Liability
We are not liable for:

Any damages resulting from the use or inability to use the website or services

Issues caused by third-party tools, software, or hosting providers

Delays due to events beyond our control (e.g., technical failures, natural disasters)
9. Website Maintenance & Security
For ongoing maintenance, clients may subscribe to a support plan. Without a plan, Web Treasure is not responsible for future updates, downtime, or security issues after delivery.
10. Termination
Either party may terminate a project with written notice. In such cases, the client will be billed for work completed up to the date of termination. Any outstanding payments are due immediately.
11. Governing Law
